As an experienced Holistic Birth Doula and Certified Lactation Counselor, I have had the honor of supporting over 25 births. I bring a well-rounded approach to my birth work, integrating my background in yoga and culinary arts to nurture both body and mind. My goal is to provide unwavering support as you prepare for and navigate your unique birth experience.

Throughout your labor, I will guide, support, and help you advocate for your needs, ensuring you feel empowered in every moment. To enhance your journey, I create personalized yoga practices designed to strengthen and soothe your body, mind, and spirit. In the postpartum period, I continue my care by nourishing you with easy-to-eat snacks and meals, offering a customized 5-week meal system to support your recovery and well-being.
