Hi there.

I am a Holistic Birth Doula and Certified Lactation Counsellor using my background in yoga and culinary arts to round out my birth work. I’m here to support you through this memorable time and help you prepare and create the birth experience that’s right for you. I guide, support, and help you advocate through every moment of your labor. I will create a personalized yoga practice to strengthen and soothe your pregnant body-mind-spirit. I can also help your transition postpartum by nourishing you with easy-to-eat snacks and meals with an individualized 5-week meal system.

With my support, you will be able to:
